        Asks at the drive-thru for a cappuccino arrives at the cash register gives me an iced cappuccino I tell him I don't know that I ordered he persists by answering him we can do that for a long time I can you have my coffee after 15 minutes still no coffee he was making other people's drinks in the back, a girl came and told me to calm down, not alone, there was no one inside, I said, I just want my coffee, she replied, I'm going to do even better, I'm going to tell you refund by telling me by giving me my money with full attitude "Well what are you Ben coming over here" what customer service I called Tim Horton Canada she shouldn't work in customer service she and him neither
