If I could give 0 stars I would. They do not respect reservations and when you show up to pick up, the truck is not there. Twice in the same year I ran into the same issue of being unable to get a truck despite having reserved a week in advance. Had to go to a different location and rent a different truck. Customer service on the phone was extremely unhelpful and downright rude. Avoid at all costs, you will get screwed over, guaranteed (about the only thing that is guaranteed).
