N'ayant pas eu de rponse, le 29 juillet nous nous sommes dplacs en personne et la rceptionniste a not sur un papier notre numro et nous a assur qu'on nous rappellerait au courant de la journe. Puisque nous n'avons pas eu de nouvelles, le 1e aot NOUS avons rappel et leur excuse tait qu'ils se sont hacker (on se rappelle que notre numro tait cette fois inscrit sur un papier). Le 2 aot on a rappel et la rceptionniste a dit que le technicien tait dj au tlphone donc elle a not une fois de plus notre numro en nous disant qu'ils allaient nous recontacter. Nous voici le 17 aot, soit 72 jours aprs le premier de nos 5 contacts avec l'entreprise et nous n'avons toujours pas de rendez-vous pour rparer notre air climatis.. MISE JOUR: Ils sont venu la rparer et maintenant notre air climatis fonctionne A1 !
