Je suis alle acheter un sige de toilette rehauss avec des barres de soutien. Je voulais me rendre chez une entreprise spcialise, pour de bons conseils. Donc, il est vident que je n'ai pas reu les conseils adquats car le sige ne faisait pas. En plus, il m'est impossible de l'changer ou de me faire rembourser: c'est une vente finale qu'on m'a dit. Petit conseil aprs mes recherches: Pour ce genre de siges, il y a au moins 2 grandeurs: une grandeur pour une toilette ronde et l'autre pour une toilette ovale. Avec les mesures de votre sige de toilette, vous trouverez ce qu'il vous faut.
Je viens de vous mentionner ce que j'aurais d apprendre d'eux chez cette entreprise spcialise en quipement mdicale mais... ils ne le savaient pas !!!! Ne vous dplacez pas...Cherchez ailleurs !

SHAME ON YOU PreviMed TROIS RIVEREToday has been a lesson in PERSEVERANCE and EMOTIONAL STRENGTH . I tried to order 2 replacement oxygen cylinders thru PreviMed here in TROIS RIVERE QC ( I have ordered w this company a cpl times before this w/o problem.)
which is now a medical necessity for my partner to go out so he can at least feel the sun on his faceI called and choose English option only to be told by receptionist ( in French) there was NO ONE THERE who spoke ENGLISH so I tried in my very basic French to no avail instead receptionist preceded to hang up on meIve experienced this intolerance and ignorance several times since being in TR but this was BY FAR the worst as this is a MEDICAL NECESSITY. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS from this experience I would.
