La Directrice Gnrale de la succursale de V Extermination Trois-Rivires m'a repondu que ce technicien en chef tait le seul a pouvoir effectuer les traitements spcifiques pour lesquels nous avions signs, que "nos exigences"?? n'taient plus couvert et que notre prime annuelle n'tait plus suffisante pour les couvrir ! Elle a froidement prfre mettre fin ce matin notre contrat que nous avions depuis 17ans plutt que d'ecouter ma plainte et trouver terrain d'entente, ou tiens, pourquoi pas simplement juste m'assigner un autre technicien et revoir "nos exigences" et tarification?! Lorsque j'ai demand a parler un responsable plus haut elle m'a rpondu que je pouvais bien essayer mais qu'il n'y avait pas plus haut qu'elle!... a suivre!
