J'ai contact l'entreprise plusieurs reprises soit par courriels et appels et aucuns retour de leur part. Je suis outre et je me sens vol. Notre compagnie de piscine est venu avec 3 employs et il y avait une pice de bris. Une chance que nous avons eu une prise en charge de la compagnie de piscine. Je suis en procdure avec l'office de la protection du consommateur contre HVAC. Lors du prochain achat de piscine je vais porter une haute attention sur la compagnie qui fourni la thermopompe!
