Avoid this company! I ordered a faux tree from them on Feb. 27. Im now being told it wont arrive until May at the earliest. A couple of weeks after I ordered it, I started following up with them over email about when I would be receiving it. Every time they told me there were delays on their end and it would be another 1-2 weeks. Every 1-2 weeks I followed up and every time I was told 1-2 more weeks. Then on April 16 I finally got an email from them saying the shipment was on its way. I was hopeful. But when I still never received it I clicked the FedEx tracking link to find our the order was never shipped, they had just created a label (although the email from Artiplanto announces it very clearly that the shipment is on the way). Eight days after no change in status from the shipping label being created, I called their customer service. That person not only confirmed that the order never shipped but that they hadnt even yet received it from their supplier in China. So they didnt even have the product but still sent me an email pretending it had shipped. I was told to wait another 1-2 weeks (now that is first half of May). Save yourself the frustration and use another company. Unclear if theyll ever actually send the order. They dont seem to care at all about their customer experience.

I ordered two of the Leah rug, each a different size. When the second rug, which was backordered, arrived, it was substantially darker than the first one I received. They were going in the same room and the difference was noticeable. I requested a refund and was denied. I argued that customer expectation is that the colours would be the same on each rug. They then agreed to refund but charged me $28.15 for return shipping. Bad customer service when the issue is on Artiplanto's end and it cost me almost $30 out of my pocket.

Artiplanto has wonderful customer service , very friendly and quick replies . The carpet I ordered didnt suit my space and they were quick to provide me an exchange. I would definitely purchase again!
