Horribly unorganized company. They have come to our house, not once, but twice to fill our propane tanks when we had not ordered any. The second time we stopped them but they had already filled the tank a bit. When I spoke to the representative, I informed them I would not be paying for something I didnt order and it was agreed. A few days later I checked my account to find it they indeed had charged me. I called customer service, and they agreed that they would send a refund. It never came. Of course now they are owned by entirely different company and I cannot get my refund. Avoid these people at all costs. theyre shady and dont know how to run a business.
