It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Michel, and his wife over the phone - who speaks excellent English and is a delight to chat with. Like many new anglophones to the area it can be difficult to communicate but this business is bilingual which made communication a breeze. Other contractors I called said 2 months + waitlists (if they even answered the phone at all!) but Michel was able to have my new outlet installed within 10 days of my first contact with him. Very grateful he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and he performed quick and excellent work. His prices are very reasonable and the final amount I paid was very close to what I expected to pay for this type of job.
