The hours for accessibility at the Val d'Or branch are the worst. Both my husband and I are seriously contemplating taking our business elsewhere. Teller access is limited compared to the hours posted on google. Too bad they don't accommodate their clientele's needs... they don't even post their hours on the doors, which further aggravates the moods and trust of patrons. No access to the bank machines after hours also makes things worse.
