I had made and confirmed by telephone a reservation for 3 nights more than 3 weeks in advance... then surprise, the owner informed me, just before my arrival, that he had overbooked and, quite simply, canceled my reservation.... not very professional... and a real headache for me....

Mauvaise surprise....
Javais fait et confirm par tlphone une rservation pour 3 nuites plus de 3 semaines lavance... puis surprise, le proprio mavise, juste avant mon arrive, quil avait overbooked et, tout simplement, annule ma rservation.... pas trs professionnel... et un vrai casse-tte pour moi....
