Aprs plusieurs appels, lorsqu'on russit parler un humain, on nous rfre chaque fois quelqu'un d'autre et impossible de progresser dans le dossier. C'est pathtique. La personne dcde avait des comptes dans plusieurs banques de la ville et la Banque Nationale est la seule qui offre un si mauvais service (ou plutt carrment PAS de service). En bout de ligne, ils perdent un client qui est bien sr dcd mais hors de question que nous continuions avec cette banque qui a vraiment perdu ses galons.
