However, they have full control over the return call delay when leaving a message for service.
It's been a week since I left a message, no return call during this time I have no dryer.
I find it really weak and it demonstrates well where the values of the entrepreneur are.
It's not when you buy that you measure the quality of a supplier, it's when you have a problem.

Achet une laveuse et scheuse d'occasion . Je peux comprendre que c'est pas neuf pis que a peut briser . Ils ne peuvent pas avoir le contrle l dessus a 100 %.
Par contre ils ont le plein contrle sur le dlai de retour d'appel lorsqu'on laisse un message pour du service
a fait une semaine que j'ai laiss un message, aucun retour d'appel pendant ce temps j'ai pas de scheuse .
Je trouve a vraiment faible et a dmontre bien ou sont les valeurs de l'entrepreneur .
C'est pas quand on achte qu'on mesure la qualit d'un fournisseur, c'est quand on a un problme.
