        The staff here are extremely friendly, approachable and accommodating. They take the time to inform, educate and explain with never a push to sell a product. In fact they will even recommend bargains and encourage you not to purchase a product that wouldnt suit your needs. My one stop shop for all my prohibited needs ;)

        Amazing and honest service. Super friendly. Great price on everything compared to a lot of places! Exchanged a defective torch today without any fuss ( I was WITHIN the 30 days) but stil! Used to go to another and switched to the vaudreuil one!

        The employee I originally dealt with was great but the owner is another story. Bought a spin ashtray only for the mechanism to no longer work 3 weeks later. When I called the store to see if they would replace it the owner told me no as he was not sure if it was dropped. The ashtray is glass and definitely wasn't dropped. The mechanism jammed but he refused to replace it. Horrible customer service. Will not be going back...ever.
