Fabulous experience with technician Alain. My wall switch was not turning on the fireplace and he educated me on what to do next time. He cleaned and painted the fireplace and did a carbon monoxide test (which was negative). Really he took the time to ensure the fireplace looked better than before and worked properly. Im impressed to see theres still honest and good people out there. Thank you and would use the services again.

Try not to buy anything from them. Here is my story: I bought Kamado Joe Classic II from them. The same product was available at Costco with 100CAD less but I decided to buy from them to support local business and also having a peace of mind that if something happens I can refer to them and they can fix the issue. Two days after the delivery I openedthe box and I noticed a big crack at the bottom of the unit and I asked them for a replacement. I provided them with a video demonstrating the crack andthey claimed that they contacted KomadoJoe and Kamado Joe has answered that the crack is not important beside they said the crack is not big. Well, I was not happy with this typical answer and I asked them to replace or to return and they told me they will not accept the return even thoughI have not set any fire on the unit. I just opened the box and I saw the crack. Their reason is that I openedthe box. They didn't accept it and they behaved extremelyrudely. By theway, I paid 1600CAD. So you decide if you want to purchase anything from them.
