        The guys behind the counter are rude and lazy. The guy was mad he had to do his job and give his client a little costermer service. He was made he had to fill out the firm for the rental. I seen him get mad at a client because they just boight a generator and needed a truck, and did not make a online reservation. ( how he just bought a generator on a whim ) They lie to save face with their manager. So there is no point to make a complaint in store. Anyways good luck with the rental section those two people working at that counter need to realize they chose that job, be happy you are there, or leave.
