Filled out insurance papers for payment and only informed me after making the cast that he'd be leaving on vacation and that I wouldn't have my prosthetics until four weeks later, leaving me all of that time with two missing front teeth and an exposed, gaping root canal. Would have gone elsewhere if I'd been told of this ahead given the urgency of my situation, which I suspect he was perfectly aware of and why he didn't tell me until too late. Beware.
