Dear Parents..please read the response from the owner. They even implied defamation threats. Dear owner...thank you for your response and I kindly ask you to respect a parent who paid the fees and showed 100% patience. I will not change my review. I would like to add that your employee who was at the door on the 1st day told me about the pictures and movies. I confirm that I have received one email with a brief description of exercises. It was hard for me to understand it. I never received any feedback about the progress of my child. I can not guess...I was expecting for a few weeks your feedback. I gave you my phone number. You say you did not call back because of the ethics..due to the review questionnaire and that the information got deleted. It,s good that now you mentioned the winter session ...obviously you have the info...Name it as you want...still you did not replied. I think it would have been a wonderful opportunity to talk. It,s a loss for me as a parent and a loss for you as a potential educational partner. Dear parents please learn from my experience. It might be a great school ....It,s just that they were not able to show it to us. Stop threatening me and show empathy. I am wondering how you proceed when a child is involved in an accident. No idea how procedures can be improved without transparency. I was outside....not able to see my child and I have put my trust in you 100%. All I have asked is to explain , visually , what was going on inside. Here is my initial review : 0 relationship with parents. At the beginning of the session they told me that I can not accompany my child due to covid and that I need to wait in the parking lot. I was told that they will do a movie or pictures with the kids. I understood and I have continued to bring him there even without seeing or knowing what they were doing inside. The reviews were good. Unfortunately nothing has been done...not even pictures. Nobody informed me about the progress of my child. They have only sent me a review questionnaire at the end of the session. I gave them my phone no to call me back. Guess how many calls I have received so far ? 0.....
