Avoid this company at all cost, we should make a collective complain because what I read its exactly the same, they hold funds, none calls, they charge more that what you were offer, do yourself a favor...don't deal with them if you want to be successful in your business cause they will ruin it all..I didn't believe in bad reviews but im experience it my self so so terrible service and product...AVOID AVOID

avoid this company. the manager sheriff hided money of our businnes and they don't give us informations! The customer service is not professional reviews from customer.

Find another company! The account manager Benjamin and the vice-president Sheriff of PayFacto allowed a fund hold and accepted a request of bank information change by *UNAUTHORIZED* people regarding my company which handles 3 e-commerce websites. They didn't inform me, and I am the only one on file authorized to make any changes. This is unacceptable, and a total scam. If I didn't t compare my bank statements to my processed sales on PayFacto Dashboard, I would have not noticed the missing funds (>10K) and would have lost complete control of my websites sales and profits.... Unbelievable.
