Been going there since i started driving (about 16 years). Im far from a difficult customer but the young girl working there should really be informed about standard customer service. Ive been paying AFTER gas for the 16 years ive been going there. Yesterday in the afternoon, i was given a really annoyed look of impatience from her and she pointed a finger with a visible sight and from what i could see from this distance, an eyeroll .I was still outside waiting for her to start the pump from inside (like i always do). Keep in mind that its not like i was there for minutes waiting cluelessly. I had the nozzle in the car for maybe 30 seconds while waiting since she was talking to another customer inside. When the other customer came back outside i looked at the window expecting either for her to realize id been waiting and start the pump, OR to wave me to come and pay inside first. We all have bad days, maybe that was simply it for her. But the annoyed facial expression, sigh, finger pointing and (possibly) eyeroll was a bit much to simply get the message across that i should come inside. Btw, there's a microphone right next to her for exactly this purpose. I went to Ultramar right next to the shell and payed at the pump. Ill be going there from now on. Never thought id review something like a "Karen" would haha. But hey, its simply self respect.
