Gravel Honda Ile-des-Soeurs

Went to change my tires and they said it needed alignment. It was so poorly done and even caused damage to my car that to weeks after I had to bring my car to my usual garage. It was very dangerous and of course expensive since I ended up by paying twice. And their response when I complained: accusing the other garage for breaking the car SHAME ON YOU!

Keion the service manager was very patient and helpful, he was very kind to call and answer all my questions and helped me make appointments; Patrick the service advisor was the person I dealt with, he always made sure everything works out as planned, he was also very patient and explanatory to me. 5 stars people, 5 stars service!

Excellent!! Honda must be really proud of such a great manager as Michel. I recently bought my Honda Civic Sport from Honda Ile Des Soeurs. Michel is a very professional and friendly guy. Helped with the best choice and made the deal at the highest level! If you want to see what Honda customer service should be like, ask to see Michel.

Im very disappointed they stopped offering the taxi service for when they keep your car for service/change of tires. They should have let the clients know in advance, its disrespectful. its one of the reasons we choose them to begin with.
