The pharmacist enjoys keep u waiting.the worst service ever. Takes for ever to transfer your file from other pharmaprix.when i asked how long more should i wait they said we are busy and u can leave its your choice. Save yourself more time and go to other pharmaprix.

The recent decision to not serve customers with disabilities at the cash and force everyone to use the machines to check themselves out makes it difficult as a person with a disability to shop at the store. The manager who I spoke to did not take my complaint seriously. She told me to go on the website but couldnt direct me to the right spot on the website to make a complaint. I dont appreciate being disrespected at a place that Ive been a customer for years.

Rarely I go to this pharmacy because of unfriendly condition that I feel there. Again I went there for buying a syrop for flu for my 3 year old daughter and the price was discounted but when I wanted to pay on the machine it showed another price and when I told the staff they even didn't want to listen to me. I waited for 10 minutes and finally they told me they can't edit the price and I have to pay the original price. While it was their own mistake and didn't accept it. that will be the last time I go to this pharmacy
