I've lived here since July 2019 and have nothing but negative things to say about this place. The concierge is almost never available and is rude during the few times I have found him. The rental office has very rude staff that have hung up on me when trying to get information on a building-wide problem and the apartment itself is in poor condition. I was promised a list of things that would be corrected upon moving in and have yet to have any of them fulfilled. They also use photocopied leases. Other issues include being told by the office that they don't "listen to complaints/negative feedback" and being completely disregarded. I can not move out soon enough.
