Dr Gilles Beauregard - Plastic Surgery Center Montreal

Sorry for my bad english...its not my language..but im trying my best.. I had a surgery back in 2005 for a bigger breast...it was the other surgerian..Jean-Louis (cant remember his last name)... i was so so so satisfied...i was in adult entertainment back then and nobody could tell i had implant PLUS i saw so many botched surgery that i was terrified...but i couldnt be happier of my decision!! 3 months ago, one of my breast implant pierced..i didnt feel anything...absolutly nothing...but i have now a 34 DD (the right one.. toned and likei always wanted..) and a 34 b soft, empty litteraly... I called.. a lady on the phone told me the secretary will call me back...(the secretary has her own secretary?? Heum ok...anyway, it doesnt change the fact that this doctor is the best hands down)... The day after the secretary called me...very rude...i told her what happened and she asked me "ok..so what do you want from us? What do you want to do with that?" Me: What do you think i am calling you for?? I would like and appointment to see what can be done...my surgerian told me it was garantee for life...i guess after 17 years it might by varying but i would like to know what can be done and the cost..." She told me Jean-Louis retired 8minths ago and DR Beauregard wont do it for free...(her tone pssd me off so yeah..i laughed and said it would have been nice back then to tell me it was a garantee for life but his life and not mine ( i was 19 in 2005).. Anyway..i figured dr Beauregard must be as good as Jean-louis was...so i asked for a rdv...she told me its 9000 for water and 10 000 for gel...i didnt mind while hoping for a lil discount...but didnt mentionned it to her...so i asked when is he available for me to see him.. she would call me back in an hour or 2...nothing...fckall..i called about 8 times...spoken to different secretaries would all told me they will send the message to the official secretary to call back...nothing...no appointment...no advice on which other surgerian i could go see...nothing...summer is at the corner and i just feel like crying thinking how humiliating its going to be...im back in 2005, dont trust anyone to make it as good as it was before..to get both back even...ill keep trying to call back one times or 2 but ots obvious this secretary, with or without the knowlegde of the surgerian, just threw me down even if she knows im so embarassed to talk about it withclinics on the phone, let alone showing it...terrorised of the results especially now since i dont knowianyone who can suggest me a good surgerian...and her behavior doesnt help my feeling whatsoever...it just sad to see how this flawless place turned into sht within years...
