    Im very disappointed been on hold for 45 minutes and it hangs up then you call back your the next in line hangs up again it been 2 days cant get to speak too anyone there transfer all there calls to the philippine or other countries very disappointed

    Worst customer service ever. Cannot get in touch with anybody about the problems I am having with this camera. I am told to do the same steps over and over again by the automated chat on the website. I do not recommend this company or product. I will definitely by finding a more reliable cellular camera company .

    (Translated by Google) I have a flex camera I only bought 3 and I only got one after 2 hours my batteries were flat I put new batteries in 3 times then it was the same I called 6 times and the wait is very long and we hang up 2 times out of 6. The after-sales service is ridiculous the people I spoke to are not competent and they are having trouble with their French I bought in July 2022 and this is December 24, 2022 and its still not settled. I just want to have a camera that works well. I hope to fix it very soon because otherwise I just have to contact consumer protection I hope they can help me.     I've had EXTENSIVE problems with 2 different cameras (1 original & a replacement) performing the SAME malfunction. I spent a documented 23.5 hour getting disconnected and waiting to get RE-connected on the phone, in chat sessions getting disconnected and waiting to get RE-connected with chat support and exchanging emails. After ALL THAT, the issue with BOTH cameras, which was the camera would continuously takes pics with no subject (known as trigger shots) persisted. I'm an expert by now with all the conversations and machinations I had to perform downloading and resetting the camera. The software is up to date and the batteries are brand new. Other than that, there's nothing else they can do without troubleshooting it while it's in my hand. IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE IN MY HAND!!! I know how to troubleshoot it by now and it's been DONE before I put it back in the woods! Yet, they REFUSE to set up a return authority for the faulty replacement unit, despite numerous pleas and ALREADY experiencing previous problems as a consumer! Spypoint REFUSES to exchange the camera. Bottom line is, DON'T BUY A Spypoint!!!! HORRIBLE SUPPORT AND YOU'LL WASTE TONS OF YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET THE ISSUES RIGHT, AND IT WON'T WORK!!!. If you expect to spend your hard earned $ on a reputable product/company, DON'T invest in Spypoint! Horrible, TERRIBLE company and the pics aren't good anyway!
