I bought a weighted blanket from Hart(victoriaville), tried to return the product after 2 days, contacted them on the phone before going to them but they said it didn't work. is not refundable although I have never used it.

J'ai achet une couverture leste chez Hart(victoriaville), j'ai essay de faire le retour du produit aprs 2 jours, je l'ai contact par tlphone avant de partir chez eux mais ils m'ont dit qu'elle n'est pas remboursable malgr que j'ai jamais utilis.
