So after a week I got in touch with the store #552 in Victoriaville the package was finally delivered on March 20th only because the Victoriaville store #552 made several inquiries, at least 5, otherwise my package would still be stuck in purgatory, so I give a minus ten to store #0053 and 10/10 to store #552.
