A mediocre experience. Not really a place to ask questions especially when their attention is divided with the business they're located in and what you're trying to do. Used it as a drop off counter and the whole experience took well over 15 minutes. Staff was concerned my box was going to fit in their relatively small cabinet. It shoukd but they had many shipment rewuests that day... food for thought for the next shipment I guess.

Package lost, called fedex and they cant even locate it as if I never sent a package thru them but yet I have a transaction receipt with a transaction number. I must have dreamt the whole thing, me going and drop off the package.
