He really believes in his products and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a safe and clean home. Long after the sale, he continued to make himself available to help me out. I highly recommend.

A great experience with this vendor. Last trip there I got exceptional service, actually the best customer satisfaction that I have had with any product vendor. They aim to please! I wouldn't go any else for my electroluxe needs.

I am not a happy client. Roberto failed to mention I was not able to attach the hose to the canister like my previous vacuum. When I said I will use it that way if I cant get the outlet installed he said why would you want to do that instead of its not possible with the model I sold you. He tried to sell me an outlet installation at $150 or $160 instead. I called to speak to him but days later no call back. Not satisfied with his service.

I recently brought my vacuum for repairs...the estimate was $500.00 to repair it. OUTRAGEOUS!!! I of course picked it up to try somewhere else...and it was $300.00 cheaper to repair!!! I am truly disappointed ...I have always trusted them. An angry client
