        Stay away from this apartment building. Poorly managed rental property with poor security. My brand new car got stolen from the parking lot of this building despite I was paying for my parking space. The building is owned by the groupe Denux (CanMed Investments) and they never respond to your rightful requests. the onsite janitor is not helpful at all and he rents out available parking spaces to non residents without letting the company know. He also tend to rip you off for any reason (e.g. installing AC etc). Don't get fooled by the location and view. the building is super old with lots of heating and cooling problems. I as a tenant have requested for video footage and they refused to share due to non functional cameras. in case you face something they never respond and it takes them forever to fix simple issues. This place is awful and the janitor is responsible for signing your lease which he's super biased based on race and gender of people! I have stayed there for over a year! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
