This was my first pair of hearing aids and I had an excellent experience at Lachance. The service was friendly and professional. They were attentive to my feedback during the trial period. Thanks to the personal attention of the professional Lachance team, I can hear better than I have for years. It started with a detailed hearing exam in their state of art acoustic chamber. This meant their dedicated technicians could fit me with the best device, calibrated perfectly. Now, I can hear the natural, intricate tones of my piano and guitar when I play.
