Great Service! Both Michael and Ian were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I had to get my payment service setup fast. Most payments providers told me it would take 7-10 business days. Michael and Ian were able to get me up and running within a few days!

We returned to Mondo Payments after six months with another service provider who had promised us better rates. When we decided to switch back to Mondo Pyments I contacted Michael Nemeroff and was signed up the same day. Mondo's Payment rates will allow us to realise significant yearly savings. The service Michael and his staff have provided us over the past two years has made our experience with them very satisfying.

Unbelievably disappointing. The customer service is incredibly terrible. Save the time and energy and go with a reputable company that represents GOOD companies. NOT a sales team that will sell you whatever they can and not have the audacity to deal with you when you have major issues with the company they set you up with. If I could rate this -2 Stars, I would.
