Used to be good and helpful. Lately, i stead of doctors, they have many practitionner nurrses who can do nothing, but act as if they are 811 info-sant. Everytime you call, they say say go to walk-in clinic or emergency....it's a complete waste of time to be told everytime to go be checked in person.
