Jill Greene is an incredibly professional, kind & talented trainer! She does an excellent job of animating the group class environment but also making sure to offer essential tips and adjustments for each different exercise in order to cater to your specific needs. Highly recommend the Thursday night lower-body classes!

The absolute best place for circuit training. Very convenient location close to metro Vendome. you can even combine your workout with pet therapy thanks to Daisy!
