The only GOOD things are it's clean and a few of the front desk staff are very kind, such as Zach. However, the trainers are nosy, incompetent and give preferential treatment to thoss who listen to their unwanted advice. In response to a lack of equipment (they had a much better variety years ago), they refined the already cramped weight area to a more condensed space. Still closed around 6 on weekends, still no towels. Really bad value for your money (80/month with a locker).

Excellent gym! super clean, everyone is very friendly great location. They have everything you need from free weights to functional training equipment, various cardio machines.
