Home Care Assistance has been an amazing service for my grandparents. They were there to care for my grandfather at a time that he really needed the support. The best part was the quality of the service he received. The caregiver provided everything we requested, to meet his exact needs. The peace of mind working with Home Care Assistance has given us is priceless!!! Would definitely recommend them!

Their web site features home maintenance assistance, but when I called, the person who took the call did not have a clue about this and insisted that they did not offer this service although it is clearly indicated on their site. She promised to speak to her manager and get back to me, but I never heard from her again. If you don't offer this service, take it off your site!

It's only been a few weeks since my family has been involved with Home Care Assistance. Yet, I am pleased so far. My mother has not expressed any unhappiness with the caregivers and they all seem to care for and about her. So far, so good.
