If I could give it a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. I was hoping they would help me with the bra I got 2 months ago because the wire was already coming out and it was around 256$. I didnt even get to ask for help all I did was show them the damaged bra and they told me I washed it and that it was really warn which was not even true. Even the owner came out and was treating me the same way. Would not recommend the experience or the bra!

I had high expectations seeing a 4.5 rating. I started looking around and when I saw items I liked, I asked the salesperson about sizes, saying I hadnt bought lingerie in years since having kids so that I needed a measurement. She completely ignored that and just brought the items to the changing room. I ended up not buying one of the items because the size wasnt right and I found it online for a fraction of the price. She took the items back, very surprised, and sighing heavily. I even had better experiences at Victorias secret. Very disappointing.

I called to inquire about the sizing of bras they sell and from the moment the phone call was answered, the lady answering was quite rude. What a real turn-off and terrible first impression. They just lost a client who was willing to spend whatever $$$ needed to find the right bras. Maybe next time don't be so abrupt and rude and perhaps try to be more pleasant - it goes a long way!
