EDIT; Well, they went private. Now the dr I was able to get to "follow me" for yrs is charging $$ to see him .. huge loss. Hoping I'll get a family dr thru the system now. 2 yrs of wait they say. Yay. Dr Paul is still a great dude. He did his thing the way he thought best. It's just not what I need. *My best experience thru all the clinics in the Bonjour sant system. The clinic itself is great. Clean, big windows, tons of light, comfy chairs. The receptionist.. See I have this "kill em with kindness" philosophy. I always smile and try to be polite and nice with ppl who have jobs dealing with a sometimes hard clientele. And well.. She really really wasn't trying much. Now the MVP is Dr. Paul Budhiraja! Knowledgeable, smart, professional, and... Extremely nice. And not rushing. He listened to me, didn't try to tell me that I can't be there for more then one problem etc. So I will absolutely be back. Plus I might have made it my life's goal to make the receptionist laugh

I saw Dr paul Budhiraja - I came in asking to get a referral for genetic counselling and testing but he was extremely passive , lack of empathy and just outright horrible. He began the conversation with " I see you had a miscarriage , was that recently ? " with a smile on his face as if that was just a regular thing. Horrible bedside manner. I hope I never have to see him again.

Been calling for 3 days now and their phone number is transfered to Cloudmed that is in the same building and they dont want to help me. Cant even get an appointment. Frustrating.
