Extra ordinary service. The only shoe store that will really find a solution to your shoe discomfort & aching feet. Ive never had that experience in any other store, only here! Good job! I went back to foot solutions with further questions regarding orthotics, and let me tell you, Kirin is by far one of the most professional expert I have ever met. She knew my issues before the words even came out of my mouth. I even felt in better hands with her then the podiatrist I saw! I do have to say she gave me better service then other staff I had seen previously. She is a hidden gem! Thank you so much!!

Kirin spent over an hour with me helping me find the perfect shoes. She didnt push me to spend money, she really wanted me to find the best pair for my feet. Such a great experience and the only place I will buy shoes in the future!

I've finally found a shoe store that carries a good selection of shoes for wide and problematic feet! Not even the New Balance store downtown carried the widths available here! And Kiren (spelling) is very friendly and helpful. I will become a regular customer!
