This was my first osteopathy visit and I would recommend Josh to anyone. He is incredibly gentle and knowledgable and also explained the process all throughout so I can better understand. I still don't know how he managed to make me feel so much better in just one session so there must be some magic in his hands also. After some chronic neck pain I can say I felt an IMMEDIATE difference and relief, and will be a returning client. The environment is super relaxing & the care and attention you will receive are incredible. If you need your WHOLE LIFE fixed, book him immediately.

Scott has been the absolute BEST provider I met who really helped me with my pain. I came to him with pregnancy-associated pain that no doctor, physiotherapist or massage therapist was able to help me with. Scott took his time to listen to the story of my pain, then worked on my body with various osteopathic techniques in a gentle, smooth and respectful manner. He created a calm environment that made me feel safe, relaxed, and fully trusting of his expertise. Not only did I feel better after the session, but I enjoyed the session so much that I have since gone back multiple times for an enriching mind-body experience. 100% recommend!!
