Don’t get me wrong, the Gorski clothing is fabulous both flattering and comfortable but, a coat I received this Christmas lost all the buttons that secure the shearling collar fell off within a month. I returned to the store this morning to ask for a repair or, replacement buttons, which ever could be done within 2 days. Five hours later I have not had a return call. I have tried calling and I get an automatic recording to send them a email. I had the same level of service in December when buying the coat when the sales person said that she would see if they could bring in the same coat I liked with a hood and that she would let me know. Again I never received a return call. Because no one answers the phone I returned to the store to ask the same question. The sales person politely assured me that she would let me know by phone and again no call back. It’s mind boggling.The coats are fabulous but the service is terrible and should be addressed.

In absolute love with my Aprs-Ski! I was so happy that they carried my size in store. I get to be warm all winter without sacrificing style. Thank you so much!!

I had been wearing my aprs-ski jacket for more than 5 years and still my favorite jacket in my closet!! Love it!
