My experience with Adrienne has been great. She really listens, is empathetic and non judgmental. She validated my feelings which made it easy to open up and share personal issues happening in my life. Adrienne provided sound advice on how to approach situations and was able to shift my mindset on things in a positive way. I would definitely recommend Adrienne.

It was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Adrienne reacted very emotionally and in an abrupt way when trying to discuss goals of therapy. She was excessively rigid in other ways which lead for a confusing understanding of how to speak with her without setting her off. I feel like it was time wasted and an overall set back now that I have had some space to recognize how problematic treatment with her was.

Adrienne is ray of sunshine. I love her so much! She has a personalized approach & she is adaptable. I never feel judged with her, as she is open and understanding. She has allowed me to shift my mind set and helped me take small steps towards my personal growth. I look forward to all my sessions with her and always leave with a new interesting observation to reflect on. I recommend her to anyone. She is a real life unicorn. Thank you Adrienne!

Adrienne is one of the most empathetic, well-attuned and thoughtful therapists in the business. She truly cares about helping her clients and adapts her methodology to carefully navigate through complex issues and discover themselves - both at an individual as well as at a couple-level. I always feel she listens wholeheartedly and is able to pinpoint the true essence of the feeling precisely which helps ease communication, focus on oneself, and understanding life situations better. I was sceptical at first to goto Adrienne but am so thankful I made it into her client list. After an extremely bad work experience, Im nothing but in shambles and shes been nothing but patient, empathetic, kind & extremely helpful with me. Im learning to know myself & heal only cause of her. I do strongly recommend her assistance and nurturing in the journey towards healing with oneself & family.
