Davina helped me find my first home in Montreal! As someone who moved from Ontario, she was very helpful in helping me learning the processes in Quebec, setting up showings, and making sure to connect me with a reputable mortgage broker and notary! I was shopping alone and didnt have a partner to bounce ideas or concerns off of, my favourite part of working with Davina was her honest and unbiased feedback on what property fit my needs and requirements. It made the house shopping experience so much less anxious!
