One of the best services i have every had. No charge for drop offs like other places , free printing of labels, and nicest staff. I can see why they have been in westmount for many years and the store is aways full with people shipping

They are charging a fee for a pre-paid label/free return. My friend went there to send 3 return packages and he was charged 10$ per package. Heres a proof of the transaction on his credit card. Same store, Save N Ship in Westmount. Edit: First they are saying we confused them with the other store. Now that theres proof, they have no choice but to accept and respond to it. What do they mean about subject to carrier fees and not obliged to pay them? The lady cashier didnt give my friend a choice. Were not upset about the 30$, were upset about them fooling people. Update: Again, were not petty about the refund or the 30$, were more concerned of the people who goes to this establishment and gets scammed.
