Went to this clinic for a colonoscopy. My appt was scheduled for 12:30pm, but was only taken after 2pm. Their policy is if you cancel, they charge you $200, don't arrive early, don't arrive late, but it's OK to leave you sitting there for over 90 minutes. They charge you the full amount of the procedure the day you make the appt, but do not provide a receipt. Nor do they give you a receipt the day of your procedure. Prepare to wait a week for it. So, if you're hoping to claim on your insurance right away, it's not going to happen. Lastly, they offer to pay for parking, however they provide younwith no instructions. The receptionist stamps it, but does not validate it. Apparently, you need to find an information booth and have them validate it. I never saw anyone and upon exitingbwas charged $25. The clinic refused to compensate me even though they admitted that their personnel lacked adequate training. I will never return to this clinic.
