This had been my go-to consignment store years ago. The previous owner, Paula, was friendly, helpful, honest, and had a well-priced selection. I stopped by way more times than I needed, just because she made the shopping experience fun. Though I appreciate the new decor, and there is at least one associate who is nice, the new ownership is a bit snooty and their clothes are often overpriced. If C&G could pretend to make people feel welcome and cut their prices some, they'd likely get more sales. Update October 2022 - staff has improved and there's now a discounted rack, which is nice. Their regular selection is still overpriced, but at least the shopping experience has gotten better. Increasing to 3 stars because of service and recent changes.

I share the sentiment of other customers, the service is poor to almost a rudeness. The sales person is not helpful nor kind. Shame really. You missing out on sales.

One of the best, warmest consignment shops in Montreal. Better than the one around the corner (Sharyn Scott) where I always feel snubbed and uncomfortable by the owner and her assistant (red-haired one). The shop is curated, clean, warm, open and so modern & chic.
