My aunt got here at 12 am with her granddaughters and couldnt open their room door, the old dude in at the office place was very rude toward her, yelled and threatened to call the police even though she had already paid for the rooms. She managed to get into her room, not a good experience. Safety: The old person employee scared my aunts granddaughters.

The company I worked for booked this motel for us while we were at a job. We came the end of January and stayed for two months. I can't even put it in words how terrible of a place this is. To make this short, I'll list pros and cons. Pros : large room, and a huge parking lot, that's about it. Cons : room had stains on the walls and floors. Furnace stopped working in -30C weather so replaced it with a 1 cubic foot sie space heater. They never bothered to fix the furnace. The faucet for the sink leaked all over when turned on. The door didn't close all the way and daylight can be seen all the way around. The door handle was so loose a slight nudge would open the door. Talk about a safety Hazzard. The staff was horrible to deal with, besides one very pleasant lady. It seemed a crime to ask for toilet paper or coffee filters. The sheets were never changed from the previous tennant of the room. I doubt they will have changed them after I left. They did no housekeeping. None. And the locals come knocking at your door begging for money at ungodly hours of the night. They also upped our rates every two weeks. I'm sure they thought the company was paying for it. But it came out of our pockets in the end. They price gouged us because they knew we had no where else go to. That's my take on it. I do NOT recommend drifters motel at all. It's not safe. The staff are rude. And the rooms are terrible. Go somewhere else. I wish I could have, but the company booked the rooms. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. They should be ashamed of that place.
