So pleased with how well Denise organized our trip. Because we were on one of the first flights out of Canada to Mexico following the tight Covid lockdown, there was a lot to navigate. She had everything lined up for us so that we knew exactly what forms we needed and when. She also helped me in advance when I was filling in the forms. We were sure happy that we were prepared at the airports with all the necessary forms when we saw so many other travellers scrambling because they were not aware of the paperwork that was necessary. Denise Taylor is a more than an excellent travel agent. She is someone who continually goes above and beyond and consistently exceeds expectationsall while maintaining a calm, professional and kind demeanour. Here are a few things Denise has done for me: She has booked two trips to the UK for meand for one, she arranged flights so my points paid for everythingeven taxes! She booked a seamless, multi-leg journey to California for me and a family member. We were flying their from western and eastern Canada and she arranged our flights so that we could share the journey both coming and going from Vancouver. She booked a family member a trip at very short notice across Canada (during Covid) so that they could be with a family member during an emergency. She ensured that all flights were direct and made sure that the passenger had a row to themselves on the flight. Finally, she worked hard to help extract a family member from a remote Brazilian island as US and Canadian borders threatened to close early in the pandemic. Denises fees are very, very reasonable and are money well-spent! As travel becomes increasingly complex, Denise is an invaluable person to have in your corner! She is the BEST! L. Denise with Travelonly was knowledgeable on pricing and got us the best deal! We had a great time on our vacation! With the pandemic still looming there where a few things out of our control. But when it came down to what would happen if we tested positive for Covid and had to quarantine in Mexico I had no doubt that Denise would come to our rescue! She made sure we had all the proper Covid insurance! That didnt happen thankfully but I was content knowing she was only a phone call away!!

I just booked a flight to Sweden through Denise she went above and beyond finding flights for me where I didnt have a long layovers and she had all the answers to my questions in regards to what was needed to enter the country. I would highly recommend calling Denise to book your next holiday.
