        Delivery person from this shipping center never left a note at the door to say I wasn't home. After the first three attempts I was phoned and realized this was the case. For the fourth attempt I realized that the delivery person had never actually come to my apartment building door and would just call to see if I was home...I don't think this is the way the service is supposed to work. Lesson learned: when you're expecting deliver that day make sure to pick up calls from a local number so they come to your door!

        far from downtown, located north of airport. nice and helpful staff. call before picking up and ask about work hours.

        I phoned them because a parcel came up as needing an address change because they dont deliver to a P.O. Box. So I phoned them. The lady said I have to contact the shipper to have them change it. So I told her I cant contact them. It took well over an hour of arguing with the lady to get her to change my address.
