Staff is good but store has a broken sewage vent somewhere that makes it uncomfortable to do any business there. Will use in future if it is ever fixed.

Dealing with Cap-it Moose Jaw has left me completely dissatisfied and frustrated. On Monday Sep 26th I called looking to order in a roof rack for my vehicle. Was told it would take 7-8 business days for it to arrive in store, no problem. 23 days later, some of the parts still havent arrived. I already ordered a roof pod which is now useless, and have to move across country without it. Despite constant reassurance that the parts would arrive in time, they didnt. Had I known this I would have shopped elsewhere! Now Im absolutely screwed with no other options. If you want to be let down, shop here!

I am so impressed with the customer service at Cap-it. Rob is amazing to deal with. He always has been so accommodating with our busy schedules and has my vehicle in immaculate condition. On a previous visit I had left a pair of sunglasses in a curtsey vehicle and the staff went above and beyond to ensure they were returned to me. Thank you all so much!
